No agency relationship
Using this site, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or client relationship. An agency relationship is created only by a written agreement signed by you and the brokerage.
Property information and listing data
Property information on this site, including listings, photos, square footage, lot size, taxes, schools, HOA details, and market statistics, is gathered from sources believed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate. It may be out of date, and properties may be sold or withdrawn without notice. All information should be independently verified. Where listing data is displayed from a multiple listing service, it is subject to that service's terms and may be subject to a separate copyright.
Fair housing
We support and comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and all applicable Arizona fair housing law.
